Pricing

Short Version (Quick Quote / TL;DR)

Pricing is per print job, not per item. If multiple models fit in a single print, you only pay the flat fee once.

Cost = $10 flat fee + $2 per slicer-estimated print hour + material cost

Standard Version (Clear + Defensive)

3D Printing Pricing

Pricing is calculated per print job, not per individual item.

• $10 flat fee per print

  • Covers setup, supervision, wear, and typical failed prints
  • Designed to offset print failure costs (5 hours or less per print expected)

• $2 per slicer-estimated print hour

  • Based on total print time, rounded to the nearest $0.10

• Material cost

  • Charged based on slicer estimates

If multiple models can be printed together in a single job and fit within the print volume, they are considered one print and only incur one flat fee. Printing items together can reduce cost compared to printing them separately.

If models require separate prints due to size, orientation, material, or settings, they will be charged as separate print jobs.

Plain English Explanation

The printer doesn't care how many objects are on the bed — only how long it runs and how much material it uses. If it fits in one print, you're not paying extra just because there are more pieces.

Technical Notes

• Tolerances: Not yet tested or calibrated
  • Dimensional accuracy may vary
  • Tight-fitting parts may require post-processing or design adjustments
  • Please discuss tolerance requirements before ordering

1. Send your STL/3MF files for review
2. Receive a quote based on slicer estimates
3. Approve the quote and confirm print details
4. Payment (terms to be discussed)
5. Print and delivery (timeline to be discussed)

Important Information

Print Quality

• Standard layer height and quality settings unless otherwise requested
• Special requirements may affect pricing and print time

Print Failures

• The $10 flat fee covers typical print failures
• Multiple failures on the same job will not result in additional charges

File Requirements

• Accepted formats: STL, 3MF, OBJ
• Files should be manifold (watertight) and properly oriented
• Pre-supported files are welcome
