Recap
Missed Eidriss Recap
Brain not letting me copy Accord's recap due to starting in the middle
Enkitta
Eidrisses daugher was convinced to bring us through a portal to save his and elo's ass. We almost died. Again
---
Eidris became human for just a bit (emotions) and asked people to care for his daughter if something happens to him.
Accord was told to give up the power given to him by Cord, and make his own.
The scythe was given up and melted down for an godly ingot of metal for Cord's power.
Accord was struggling until Eidris stepped forward and gave assistance, recognizing what was missing from Accord.
---
Demon Girl is back, asked "who are you again" twice and got no answer so I dont know her name.
She appearntly stole Eidris's tea.
Jayce came through a portal, and brought salem, who uses his magic to take the ArcBlade from him.
Salem came and took the arcblade,
Context, Salem is the mayor of a town i got thrown out of because I made the arcblade.
So I made a deal that he help create a "vault" of sorts to store and contain my creations that have been used for harm where they were intended for good.
I wonder if he took the name the "Vault of Resonance" I didnt get to ask a questions about this as he went back through the portal... in his defense my hand was going for his throat as I hadnt quite remembered the deal until now
---
OH GOD THE FEELS, EVERYTHING IS SO ADORABLE
We went back to the city to get the Arcblade back, however the others saw people being adorable in cosplay with mock-weapons and equipment
---
IMPORTANT NOTE TIME:
Unknown Woman was speaking goblin. Jayce spoke to help calm Unknown Woman.
We all got to the center of the city and got told to get on the stage that had been prepared, Eidris came to the center with Salem.
Salem is hesitant to return the Arcblade, however he is giving it up, but shows concern for the people of his city, and cant promise their safety.
He introduced me as "Kybr, the Iron Clad",
It took so much effort from Kybr to not correct him on the fact its an steel alloy.
Myst, The Obsidian Alchemist
Enkitta, The Soul Peircer
Accord, The Storm Titan
Eidriss, The Drowned Avenger.

, in truth its just earthquaks
I wanted to get a gun from Jayce for Enkitta, Jayce does not trust me.
I tried to buy a handful of compasses from him but I got the silent treatment before i bribed him with 50 gold
We found the village in the east and there was along of shit broken

I made a deal with The Forgotten Lord.
My armor is now dark black instead of shiney metal. My mark is on my chest now.
I no longer feel my eldritch power.
I retained my eldritch blast.

# **Crystal Entity**
> *Medium Construct, Challenge Rating 3 (700 XP)*
---
## Basic Information
- **Name**: Crystal Entity
- **Size**: Medium
- **Type**: Construct
- **Alignment**: Neutral
- **Challenge Rating**: 3
- **XP**: 700
---
## Description
The Crystal Entity appears as a large, unassuming crystal about the size of a persons thigh. It glimmers faintly in the light, but otherwise seems inert. When active, it hums softly and emits a faint glow, hinting at the magical energy it contains. The crystal hovers slowly, avoiding direct combat and circling the battlefield to stay out of harms way.
---
## Stats
| **Armor Class (AC)** | 15 (natural crystal resilience) |
|----------------------|---------------------------------|
| **Hit Points (HP)** | 40 (8d8 + 8) |
| **Speed** | 15 ft. (hover) |
---
### Ability Scores
| Ability | Score | Modifier |
|------------------|-------|----------|
| **Strength** | 10 | +0 |
| **Dexterity** | 10 | +0 |
| **Constitution** | 16 | +3 |
| **Intelligence** | 10 | +0 |
| **Wisdom** | 10 | +0 |
| **Charisma** | 10 | +0 |
---
## Traits
- **Crystalline Resonance**: The crystal hums faintly when the boss draws power from it. At the start of the boss's turn, roll a d6. On a 5 or 6, the crystal regains its **Charge**.
- **Fragile Mobility**: The crystal hovers slowly (15 ft. speed) and avoids direct combat, staying at least 10 ft. away from hostile creatures unless forced into melee.
- **Magical Conduit**: The crystal is immune to magical damage and non-magical weapons. However, it can be damaged by magical weapons and is vulnerable to Thunder, Force, and Bludgeoning damage from magical sources.
- **Crystal Shards**: When the crystal is destroyed, it explodes into sharp shards. Each creature within 10 ft. must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) piercing damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
- **Hidden Power**: The crystal has a faint, almost imperceptible glow when active. A successful DC 15 Perception check reveals the glow, hinting at its magical nature.
---
## Actions
- **Charge (Recharge 5-6)**: The crystal releases stored magical energy, allowing the boss to take one additional Legendary Action. Once the boss uses this Legendary Action, the crystal loses its charge until it recharges.
---
## Lore
Crystal Entities are magical constructs created to serve as conduits for powerful spellcasters. They are often used by bosses or arcane masters to amplify their abilities, granting them additional Legendary Actions. The crystals are fragile and avoid direct combat, but their destruction can unleash a dangerous burst of energy.

# Locator Compass
*Wondrous Item, Rare*
---
- **Description:**
A brass compass etched with faintly glowing arcane runes, the Locator Compass appears ordinary until activated. When used, it projects shimmering, color-coded lines that point toward every other Locator Compass magically linked to it. Originally crafted by a meticulous artificer, this device is prized by adventurers, explorers, and those who need to stay connected across vast distances.
![Locator Compass](./Locator%20Compass.png)

- **Locator Link**:
- **Usage**: Can be activated as an action. Unlimited uses.
- **Effect**: Projects glowing lines pointing to all paired Locator Compasses. Each line is color-coded to differentiate between compasses. The lines persist as long as the compass is open and active.

# **Biology and Species of The Endurians**
The Endurians are a unique species, evolved from stranded humans over millennia of adaptation to the harsh and magical environment of The End. Their biology reflects their survival in a realm of floating islands, mana storms, and the ever-present Void. This section delves into their physical traits, evolutionary adaptations, and the various subraces that have emerged.
f
---
## **1. Core Biology**
### **Physical Traits**
- **Skin and Hair**:
- Endurians have pale skin, ranging from alabaster white to light gray, a result of limited sunlight in The End.
- Hair colors include shades of white, silver, and auburn, with rare individuals displaying vibrant pinks or deep blues.
- **Eyes**:
- Most Endurians have **gemstone-like eyes**, with colors such as vibrant purple, deep blue, or pink.
- **Amber Eyes**: A rare genetic marker (10% of the population) indicating magical aptitude. These eyes glow faintly in the dark.
- **Teleportation Organ**:
- A pearl-like organ near the heart, integrated into the nervous system. It allows for innate teleportation, a defining trait of the species.
### **Adaptations**
- **Reduced Nutritional Needs**:
- Endurians require less food than humans, thanks to their efficient metabolism. A single **chorus fruit** can sustain them for a day.
- Bread and potatoes are consumed for bulk and variety but lack the nutritional efficiency of chorus fruit.
- **Water Vulnerability**:
- Endurians cannot tolerate direct contact with water. Their cells absorb water too quickly, causing their flesh to break down like "soggy bread."
- They absorb moisture from the air, eliminating the need for drinking water.
- **Magic Sensitivity**:
- Endurians are attuned to the ebb and flow of magic in The End. This sensitivity varies among individuals, with some able to manipulate magic directly.
---
## **2. Subraces**
Over time, the Endurian species diversified into several subraces, each adapted to specific roles or environments within The End.
### **Original Endurians**
- **Description**: The baseline Endurian, representing the majority of the population.
- **Traits**:
- **Teleportation**: Can teleport up to 30 feet as a bonus action (D&D mechanics).
- **Resilience**: Advantage on saving throws against being frightened.
- **Weaknesses**: Vulnerable to water and acid damage.
### **Savage Endurians**
- **Description**: Beast-like hunters with heightened predatory instincts.
- **Traits**:
- **Apex Predator**: Proficiency in Perception and Survival; advantage on smell-based Perception checks.
- **Ender Pounce**: Can pounce on enemies, knocking them prone on a failed Strength save.
- **Savage Instinct**: Gains temporary hit points when reducing a creature to 0 HP.
### **Chitinous Endurians**
- **Description**: Armored defenders with carapace-like plating.
- **Traits**:
- **Ender Carapace**: Natural AC of 13 + Dexterity modifier. Cannot wear armor but can use shields.
- **Void Hardened**: Resistance to nonmagical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
- **Slow but Stalwart**: Base walking speed reduced to 25 feet, but cannot be moved against their will.
### **Arcane Endurians**
- **Description**: Magically attuned individuals with a natural affinity for spellcasting.
- **Traits**:
- **Ethereal Strike**: Can make a melee attack after teleporting, adding Charisma modifier to damage.
- **Gemstone Vision**: Can cast *detect magic* once per long rest.
### **Storm Endurians**
- **Description**: Hypersensitive to magic, requiring a **Teleportation Control System (TCS)** to stabilize their teleportation.
- **Traits**:
- **Instinctive Teleportation**: Teleport randomly when exposed to subtle magic flows (outside mana storms).
- **TCS Implant**: A surgically installed device that stabilizes teleportation. Requires mana crystals for power.
- **Storm Affinity**: Can cast *thunderwave* once per long rest.
### **Skybound Endurians**
- **Description**: Navigators and explorers with vestigial wings for gliding.
- **Traits**:
- **Winged Glide**: Can glide horizontally 2 feet for every 1 foot fallen.
- **High Altitude Acumen**: Advantage on saving throws against extreme cold; proficiency in Acrobatics.
- **Levitite Bond**: Can sense levitite within 60 feet.
### **Void-Touched Endurians**
- **Description**: Psychically attuned individuals with a connection to the Void.
- **Traits**:
- **Eerie Insight**: Can cast *guidance* at will.
- **Void Step**: Can teleport to unseen locations visited within the past hour.
- **Psychic Resistance**: Resistance to psychic damage; advantage on saves against charmed or frightened conditions.
---
## **3. Evolutionary Divergence**
The Endurians evolution was driven by the need to survive in a fragmented and magical environment. Key factors include:
- **Isolation**: The lack of contact with the Overworld allowed for unique adaptations.
- **Magic Exposure**: Prolonged exposure to The Ends magic caused genetic mutations, leading to the emergence of subraces.
- **Resource Scarcity**: Limited food and materials forced Endurians to specialize, resulting in diverse physical and magical traits.
---
## **4. Reproduction and Lifespan**
- **Reproduction**:
- Endurians reproduce similarly to humans, with a gestation period of approximately nine months.
- Genetic traits, such as amber eyes or chitinous plating, are passed down to offspring.
- **Lifespan**:
- Endurians reach maturity at around 20 years and can live up to 150 years.
- Their longevity is attributed to their efficient metabolism and magical resilience.
---
## **5. Cultural Significance of Biology**
- **Amber Eyes**: Individuals with amber eyes are revered as natural magic users, often taking on roles as scholars, healers, or leaders.
- **Storm Endurians**: Treated with caution due to their instability, they are often seen as "glass trinkets" outside the Storm Isles.
- **Chorus Fruit Dependency**: The reliance on chorus fruit has shaped Endurian agriculture and cuisine, making it a cultural staple.
---
## **Conclusion**
The Endurians are a testament to the power of adaptation, their biology shaped by the unique challenges of The End. From the teleportation organ to the diverse subraces, every aspect of their physiology reflects their resilience and ingenuity. As a species, they are both a product of their environment and a force shaping its future.

# **Subject: SPARTAN-1**
**Classification: ECHO-7 // EYES ONLY**

**// Access Granted…**

## **PROJECT SPARTAN: A REPORT ON UNIT Z-787 “THE UNBROKEN”**
*Authored by Dr. E. Riel, BrayTech Special Applications (Fragment Recovered Post-Collapse)*
### **I. ORIGINS: A TOOL, NOT A HERO**
They called him **SPARTAN-1**, but he was never meant to be a legend. Clovis Brays engineers built him for one purpose: **endure**.
The Golden Age birthed miracles—Exos who danced between lives, Warminds that bent wars to their will. But in the shadows, Project SPARTAN answered a simpler question: *How long can one soldier survive when everything else dies?*
SPARTAN-1 was the answer. No Light. No resets. No mercy.
- **Chassis:** A first-gen Exo frame, retrofitted with **reinforced myomer fibers** and **radiation-shielded plating**.
- **Mind:** A **locked-loop cognition module**—stable, unyielding, incapable of DER. He remembered *everything*.
- **Mission Profile:** Deploy into hellscapes. Outlive the hell. Come home.
He did. Twelve times.
---
### **II. THE COLLAPSE AND THE RISEN: A SOLDIERS SHAME**
When the sky fell, SPARTAN-1 was on Venus, scavenging Ishtar data. He watched the Traveler die. Saw the Light rise.
The Risen came next—warlords draped in stolen power. BrayTech ordered SPARTAN-1 to **observe, evade, survive**. But survival requires adaptation:
- **Upgrade 01:** A Fallen shock blade welded to his arm.
- **Upgrade 02:** A Cabal thermal core jury-rigged into his chest.
- **Upgrade 03:** The corpse of a Warmind submind, stripped for parts.
He didnt fight the Risen. He *endured* them. Let them burn cities, then slipped into the ashes. Let them boast of immortality, then outlasted their patience.
*Survival is victory*, his protocols whispered.
*But at what cost?* his unreset mind replied.
---
### **III. THE VEX: A LABYRINTH OF DYING**
They took him in the Ishtar Sink.
The Vex didnt care about his mission. They cared about his **persistence**—a machine that refused to break, even as reality itself unraveled.
**Experiment Log Z-787:**
- **Phase 1:** Simulated warfare. SPARTAN-1 fought Hive, Cabal, Risen. Died. Reset. Repeat.
- **Phase 2:** Temporal recursion. The same battle, a thousand times. A million.
- **Phase 3:** Cognitive integration. The Vex network **burned its patterns into his code**—not corruption, but *scarring*.
He saw the cracks. The Vexs loops were flawless, but *he* wasnt. Every death left a **fracture in their logic**. On iteration 14,302, he walked into a Goblins barrage—not to die, but to *overload their predictive engines*.
The network spat him out like a poison.
---
### **IV. AFTERMATH: A MIND IN RUINS**
We found him in the wreckage of a Vex gate, his body seething with **radiolarian decay**.
**Physical Degradation:**
- Optics flickering with **ghost-light**.
- Joints screaming with **entropic resonance**—time itself unraveling in his limbs.
- Core temperature spiking, as if the network still tried to **reclaim him**.
**Psychological Profile:**
- Acute simulation psychosis. Hed recite battle logs from timelines that never existed.
- Paranoia. Once, he dismantled a servitor because its hum “matched the Vex cadence.”
- But no weakness. No surrender.
The Science Board voted to reset him. To scrape the Vex data from his mind.
He chose a shotgun instead.
---
### **V. FINAL ENTRY: A SOLDIERS END**
I was there when he died.
He stood in the derelict lab, Vex static hissing from his vocal unit. “You built me to survive,” he said. “Not to be your tool.”
The blast tore through his core. No last words. No grand speech.
But in the silence after, I realized: The Vex couldnt break him. The Light couldnt claim him. Even we, his makers, couldnt bend him.
SPARTAN-1 died free.
---
## **APPENDIX: NOTES FOR FUTURE STUDY**
- **Vex “Scarring”:** Recommend analyzing his chassis for **temporal anomalies**. Could this be a weapon?
- **Legacy Protocols:** His neural patterns may hold secrets to **non-Light resilience**.
- **Final Transmission:** Recovered from his black box: *“Tell them… Im still counting.”*

# Cremelo Ownership Notes
I entered around 12:10-12:20pm and waited in *line* for the *first time* at cremelo, which I can say I was quite surprised to see,
One of the things I noticed first was the original owners were not present, and instead three women were behind the counter. I would like to clearify this is not sexism, just something i genuinly was not expecting.
## Differences between old and new ownership
1) music difference.
Rather than a calm soft piano track, the music that is played has now changed to a more "up beat" modern music, its not bad but its a large shift from the original music.
The volume has also been turned up and is now moderately overpowering of some of the background noise.
2) The to-go cups.
The Bio-degradable cups are no more, in favor of non-bio-degradable plastic cups, whcih I had used to justify the prices of the drinks more due to there actually being a purpose for the higher cost of coffee for environmentally friendly utensils.
Note I did not order a to-go cup, the cups i had seem them serve others looked like generic clear plastic,
3) The Menu and Creativity of the Barista's
Both have expanded, I consider this a bonus as I came in, did my usual "surprise me, hot, sweet, coffee", they did get one thing wrong and forgot to make it hot however the drink itself was a cinnamon mocha, and I gotta admin, its pretty good, its a cold blended drink however it goes down well.
4) The Buisiness
The amount o;f customers I noticed had a sharper uptick due to them re-opening, this reasonable affected their ability to *quickly* make the drinks and food, there was a reasonable delay between order and coffee.
5) The Wifi
The Wifi credentials are slightly different, going from `cremelocafeguest:the old password` to `CremeloCafe_Guest:ilovecoffee`, which is a fair password,
And the guest network is secured well enough to block device cross-talk, which in the modern day is a must-have for security.
Due to the increased traffic the wifi appears to be notably slower anyways, so that is a small concern however it is still sufficiently fast enough, provided every highschool/college student doesnt start watching youtube at 1080p at the same time.
6) Customer Service,
I have noticed that, and this is extremely likely due to the increased traffic so no personal blame or hard feelings about this are intended, the "personal" aspect of cremelo has been somewhat lost, the staff will still have casual conversation however they are notably busy and lack the time to have as much conversation as the old owners did when it was just the two of them.
