Issues

1. res-code should inherit the navigation simplifications planned for res-edit (see residual/core#res-edit-nano-bindings — nano-style ctrl+XYZ, reduced modals).
2. Command menu prefill misalignment: when summoning the command menu, the prefill body renders where the terminal is, but the text field itself is in the far bottom left. The two are not lined up.
