Bug

The res-console top bar does not use the theme colors at all. The bar renders (functional), but with wrong/default colors instead of the configured theme.

Expected

Top bar should respect the active theme palette.

Found

2026-10-19, testing via wsl.exe. Screenshot shows the bar working but unthemed.
