The blade was imbued with the destructive power of ancient ruins and arcane energy, lying dormant for centuries after the fall of its creators. Its magic rests within, awaiting the touch of a worthy wielder to stir its power.

IN truth he is cursed, everyone he kills, a fragment of their soul is retained in his own soul. Appearing as a voice, sometimes with memories, sometimes with skills. Always with their voice.

The voices all appear as dissonent whispers, echoing to overwhelming levels at times. Most often the only coherent words are when they *demand* violence, *demanding* another voice for the choir.
|
||||
|
||||
The voices can be used to fuel magic, momentarily silencing them however they always return.
|
||||
|
||||
He had a few years of peace when he decided to attempt to retire, however he was forced back into the bloodlust when his home was burnt to the ground with him in it.
|
||||
|
||||
The voices brought him back, quieter yes, but they were *louder*, harder to ignore when their whispers turned to shouting for blood, to slay those who destroyed his home, destroyed *their* peace.
